About CorpLaw
A law firm with commercial understanding
CorpLaw is a law firm with commercial understanding, serving SMEs and mid-cap companies. We advise owners, management, boards and investors on business acquisitions, commercial contracts, capital raising and ownership matters.
Focus
The practice has three equally weighted legal core areas: mergers and acquisitions, commercial contracts, and capital markets and capital raising. Corporate law, ownership matters and legal due diligence have their own service presentations. Business valuation is offered as a standalone service.
Approach
Legal terms have commercial consequences. We start from the client's business and objectives, explain the risks clearly and focus on the issues that affect the deal.
Where we work
CorpLaw is based at Järnvågsgatan 3 in Gothenburg and acts for clients throughout Sweden. We work in Swedish and English and also assist international clients doing business in Sweden.
For SMEs and mid-caps
We work with owner-managed businesses, SMEs and mid-cap companies – where transactions are significant, decisions are made close to the owners and advice must be both expert and proportionate.

Management
CorpLaw is led by Kristoffer Lind
LL.B. (jur.kand.), LL.M.
