Data we process
When you contact us we process the information you provide, such as name, company, email address, telephone number and a general description of the matter. When we are engaged, we process the information needed to carry out the engagement.
Purposes and legal basis
The data is used to respond to enquiries, check for conflicts of interest, enter into and perform engagements, and comply with legal obligations, for example under accounting and anti-money laundering rules. Processing is based on contract, legal obligation or legitimate interest.
Retention
Data is not kept longer than necessary for these purposes or as required by law. Enquiries that do not lead to an engagement are deleted when no longer needed.
Recipients
Data may be shared with suppliers processing it on our behalf, for example for email and IT services, and with authorities where required by law. Data is never sold.
Your rights
You have the right to request access to, rectification or erasure of your data, to request restriction of or object to processing, and to data portability. You may also lodge a complaint with the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
